Competition is organised by Brabantia Branding B.V., Leenderweg 182, 5555CJ in Valkenswaard, The Netherlands. Registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce under no. 17028708.

 

Participation conditions

• Any consumer in the UK, the Netherlands, Belgium & France can submit a design free of charge at www.brabantia.com
• There is the possibility of participation from 3 June 2024 to 16 June 2024.
• Participation in the promotion requires the full and correct completion of the registration form at www.brabantia.com.
• Participation is only open to those aged 18 or over.
• Employees of Brabantia or Brabantia-affiliated companies are excluded from participation.
• No copyrighted or trademarked parts may be used in the design.
• Brabantia is allowed to exclude individuals from participation if there is suspicion of unlawful participation or fraud.
• By participating in the promotion, the participant agrees to the terms and conditions of the promotion.
• Upon participation, Brabantia becomes the owner of submitted design. With this, Brabantia will also receive all revenues from the sale of the new NewIcon
• Brabantia has the right to use the won design on other products besides the NewIcon Pedal Bin 30 litres.
• The number of NewIcon Pedal Bins to be produced in the won design will be decided by Brabantia itself.
• Brabantia is entitled to amend these terms and conditions at any time or to discontinue the promotion without providing a reason. 

 

Personal data

• The personal data of participants will not be released or provided to external parties without prior consultation.
• Participants' personal data can be used to sign up for the Brabantia newsletter if active permission has been given when participating in the promotion.
• Dutch law, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Code of Conduct on Promotional Games of Chance apply to this promotion. 

 

Winner

• Participants will hear by week 26 whether their design has been chosen as a winner.
• Selection is by judging where the jury consists of three Brabantia employees
• Winners will be notified personally via email, and will be contacted personally at a later date.
• The winner will receive a £1250 shopping credit from Brabantia to spend at www.brabantia.com. Ordering products is done through the personal contact with the Brabantia employee.
• The winner will receive a NewIcon Pedal bin 30litre in the submitted design from Brabantia
• In cases not covered by these conditions, a decision will be made by Brabantia.
• No correspondence about the result is permitted.
